Morgan was born to Pamela Morgan (age 30) and Michael Morgan on July 2, 1989. She was raised by her parents in Diamond Bar, Los Angeles. Morgan was a multisport athlete throughout her youth, but she only discovered soccer when she was 14. Morgan was a member of the Cypress Elite club team and came first in the Coast Soccer League under-16 championship. She also came in third place in the bracket for under-19 players.
